Mike Wooding

Mike Wooding is an accomplished wildlife photographer with a passion for his subject matter. Bird photography is a special field of interest and Mike has won numerous awards for his work in that area.

During the eight years that he was actively competing he entered 84 international salons and exhibitions and was able to win 58 awards from Honourable Mentions to Gold Medals.

The one that means the most to him is the 2017 Photographic Society of America (PSA) Image of the year. The PSA sanctions many International competitions worldwide, and only images that were awarded higher than an Honourable Mention in these competitions qualified. Mike’s image of an Anna’s Hummingbird came in seventh out of 554 entries and earned an Honour Award.
