Bob was born in Ontario and raised in the small community of Owen Sound. Fascinated with the compositional possibilities presented by the west coast’s ocean, mountains, and nature, Bob moved to British Columbia.

Working with many different mediums, Bob’s artwork incites a feeling of connection. Connection to one another, to nature, and to oneself. Being self-taught, Bob has honed his techniques through years of experimentation and innovation.

Drawing inspiration from his love of life and his intuitive understanding of his fellow man, each of Bob’s pieces has its own story to tell. A story that is as unique to the perceiver as is Bob’s one-of-a-kind art pieces.
